The Owners of both Dolce Vita and Condo Albatross are Jim and Dency Dokoozian. We live in Anchorage Alaska and absolutely enjoy spending time in sunny Mexico. Even better, we chose Bucerias for our southern home because of the wonderful Mexican people. They are truly friendly, outstanding people who enjoy showing off their culture and land. George and his sister Blanca have become good friends as well as our trusted managers of our homes. Both speak excellent English and take pride in providing special welcomes to our guests. They also have become friends with many of our guests who return year after year.

Dency is a retired teacher with a specialty in special needs and reading. She still tutors many young people in her full-time business, Always Learning. Jim is almost retired from his long-time career as a General Contractor and Civil Engineer. He specialized in remote building in the Arctic, constructing schools, health clinics, military bases and housing.
